What is DAS EPA?

EPA stands for "Einpersonenpackung" (individual ration pack) in a military context and contains long-lasting food sufficient to sustain one person for a day. DAS stands for "daily supply" and refers to the same characteristic of the package – a daily ration for one person. The DAS EPA product line is the latest and most advanced solution in this field. All products included in DAS EPA have been developed by CONVAR™ Foods' long-term specialists and offer the highest quality.

The package is equipped with an energy density of over 3000 kcal per day and is ideally designed for individuals who are physically highly challenged during that day.

The DAS EPA offers a wide selection of foods, including main courses, compact meals, energy bars, mission food, snacks, and drinks. It is very varied and covers all needs for one day. Additionally, the package contains useful equipment: a reusable heating bag which, together with the 3 included heating elements, can heat three meals without an open flame, as well as a practical wooden cutlery set.

Despite the extensive contents, the package remains compact and handy. Its pillow-like shape allows for quick storage in luggage or at the destination.
