Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does shipping take? - We usually process your order within one business day. Standard shipping within Germany takes approx. 2-3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • What are the shipping costs? - For standard shipping within Germany, we charge €4.90. For orders over €100, we cover the shipping costs for you.
  • Do you also ship internationally? - Currently, we only ship directly within Germany. However, customers from other EU countries and worldwide can easily order from us using a forwarding service. You can find all the details and a short guide on our info page "Shipping to EU & Worldwide".

Returns & Exchanges

  • How can I return an item? - If an item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please register your return briefly at info@alian-outdoor-stuff.com or use our sample withdrawal form. Or click on "Withdraw contract" in the footer and fill out the form.
  • Who bears the costs for the return shipment? - To keep our environmental impact from unnecessary returns as low as possible, you bear the direct costs for the return shipment.
  • Can I exchange an item? - A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible due to system technical reasons. Please return the unsuitable item to us as a regular return and simply order the desired size again in the shop.

  • Which payment methods do you offer? - We offer you a variety of secure payment options. You can conveniently pay via PayPal, Klarna, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
  • Is the payment process secure? - Yes, absolutely. Our shop uses secure SSL encryption, so your data is well protected during checkout.

Products & Nature

  • How do I best care for my outdoor items? - Many products have a sewn-in care label. Generally, we recommend washing special functional clothing only with outdoor detergent and avoiding fabric softener to maintain breathability and water-repellent properties.
  • Where can I find information about sizes? - On the respective product pages, you will find a detailed size chart to help you find exactly the right fit for your next adventure.
