Dried vegetable mixture

The vegetable mix from CONVAR™ Field Kitchen BASICS consists of dried carrot pieces and dried yellow and green peas. It is ideal for cooking vegetable sauces, soups, and rich stews, among other things. A valuable addition for long-term food storage and emergency supplies.

Preparation:

Remove the desired amount from the packaging and pour hot, boiling water over it.

Let it steep for up to 25 minutes, depending on the product, to achieve the optimal consistency.

Alternatively, the product can also be incorporated directly into the cooking process without steeping time.
