Shipping to the EU & worldwide

Information on shipping to the EU and worldwide

Currently, we only offer direct shipping within Germany as standard.

However, customers from other EU countries (e.g., Austria, Czech Republic, etc.) or the rest of the world can easily order from us using established forwarding services.

Here's how it works:

• Register for free with a forwarding service such as Mailboxde.com, myGermany.com, LogioX.com or Forward2me.com
• You will receive a personal German delivery address there.
• Order as usual in our shop and enter your real billing address, but the German delivery address of the service provider at checkout.
• We will send your package quickly and cheaply as a German domestic package to that address.
• The service provider will accept your package and forward it directly to your doorstep in your home country (you pay the fees for this directly to the service provider).
