AB Field Tarp IRR – The multifunctional weather protection for professionals

The AB Field Tarp IRR is an extremely versatile weather protection, uncompromisingly designed for military, government, and professional users. Its highly breathable and waterproof construction, with a water column of 10,000 mm, reliably protects you and your equipment from heavy precipitation and changing weather conditions.

A standout feature of this tarp is the 70D nylon outer fabric, which is equipped with an IRR coating according to strict military specifications (TL 8305-0290) to significantly reduce your infrared signature during night vision. Additionally, the innovative PU blackout membrane ensures absolute light impermeability – ideal for darkened observation posts or covert operations.

However, the AB Field Tarp IRR is more than just classic wet weather protection (shelter): Thanks to its extremely tear-resistant construction with integrated carry handles, robust webbing according to MIL-PRF-5038 standard, and flame-retardant properties (ISO 6941), the tarp can also be used as a provisional rescue stretcher for casualty care in emergencies.
